Truck Track Numero Dos

What a stupid sport I've gotten myself into. So much work. and for what..?

Cross season. Eyes on the prize baby.

Anyways, Truck Track last night didn’t go so well. At least for me. What is the truck track? It’s the Dakota County Tech College’s truck driving practice grounds. Complete with cops cars. It makes for good racing with a variety of twists and turns.

I like it a lot and I’ve become more comfortable with my turning at speed.

That said, I’ve become less comfortable with my straight-away bridging a gap efforts. Especially in the wind. I double-dipped last night. I should say, I entered two races and barely completed either.

I caught Wah’s jump to the win from the holes in the porto-pod. Looked sweet, but I didn’t want to pee on myself, so I couldn’t see the win.

I pulled Grell around the course the later half of the second race. Turns out the judges scored him quite high by accident.
