Phascists Go Home

The Republic Convention is here next week so protesters must be arriving. "Phascists Go Home!" was painted on the backside of the Grain Belt Sign. I'll grab a pic here of it soon enough.

But it begs the question, as the rest of the twin cities are gearing up for the big event; where are the protesters staying? Embassy Suites? Can you see the breakfast buffet? Bunch of anarchists lined up, waiting for someone to refill the cornflakes? Maybe they order a ham and cheese omelette like everyone else. Spence, Where are the protesters staying? I mean the REAL ones, the ones looking for tear gas. Not the Seward neighborhood mother of two type protesters.

Our Obama lawn sign was stolen just the other night. My mind went right to the vision of some angry republican ripping it out of the lawn. You know how easy it is to blame those folks. It was probably some jr high kid looking to impress his schoolmate.

Anyways, I've been thinking of great signs we should replace the Obama sign with. Because we're on Cretin, I suspect a ton of republicans will be driving down our street looking for.....ah...directions. And they'll look at our sign and know just how evil they are and they stay lost. hahahaha.

I'll start posting sign ideas here if they are worth anything. I need to run them by a copywriter tighten up the language.
