Everyone was so chilled waiting for me to race and to recover that I never got a family picture. I have yet to snap Rob and Lara together. They’re getting hitched. That’s the big news around the FPA offices.
Maybe they’ll have a formal sitting and we’ll use that image for this publication.
Was at the race all day long, cheering on everyone from fellow crossniacs to future crossniacs. RC COLA was there as well. Ryan and Brent were watching sponsored racers, the Lalonde Bros. Ryan is so close to racing cross next year, he just needs a push over the cliff. He cant race crossniacs next year-cant wear our clothing.
Saturday night was dinner with Jeff and Amy. The wall of exhaustion hit me hard at 8:30.

Sunday night, went to see Orvis play with his band, Romantica. Jim and I went to college together and it has been years since we've seen each other. A good time indeed. And a great way to end the weekend.
