Crabby Legs

After some training "chill" time, I've up'd the intensity on the poor legs.

It starting with Ring-of-Fire on Tuesday and following Superstar's wheel with sets of 6/2 intervals. Yesterday I decided to start my base-running for cross. I'm not much of a runner. So at lunch I did 40 min of 3/2 intervals at a slow pace. Only got in about 2 miles. A total leg killer. Joints are upset. Today I went for a longer morning ride.

Legs are only happy sitting here in front of computer.

Holiday's over legs. Time to get serious.

I don't run more then 30 mins... just some intensity and some hills
