Real Life Race Training

doesn't happen when you're a dad. Nope. Every year I set out a plan and start ripping into that plan and then, right about this time of year-things fall apart. I get up early to train in the am... then my daughter starts waking early and needing help, so that takes care of that. Evening training? Nice try. That's house and spouse up-keep time. Those fall apart and forget even regular riding.

If I could train 15 minutes here, 20 there, and get results I'd rock. Oh well.

So, kidless people.. train now. Ride now. Do everything you can imagine now, cause it doesnt happen later.

"house and spouse up-keep time" Nice dude.. some day I'll figure out what that means ;)

You can dude. Just make that time efficient. Bust out some intervals and just be a crit and cross guy. Road racing is way too hard anyway.
